Return & Refund Policy

At Sammy's Fluff Club, each item is made especially for you once you place your order. Because of this print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the claim is approved.

Wrong Size Ordered
Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
